Hosting the instruction library uses up quite a bit of bandwidth, which in turn makes running the whole site more expensive. After some research, we found that most of the downloads of the library was done by web spiders, crawler programs, etc.
To block these programs, while keeping the library access free, we have decided to limit the number of pages that can be accessed without being logged in to Peeron.com.
